Our stay at Kuster Hotel was fantastic. The cleanliness and maintenance of the place were exceptional. The breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even using translation apps to communicate. The location was great, with nice pubs and bars nearby. The hotel even sent our lost jacket to our hotel in Rio. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even though they couldn't speak English. They were friendly and used translation apps to communicate with us, making us feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast provided a variety of options that were both plentiful and delicious. The location was also a plus; it was in close proximity to many pubs and bars, and transportation was easily accessible.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were always happy to help. They even went the extra mile to translate messages for us when we forgot our jacket. the breakfast was definitely a highlight with plenty of delicious options to choose from. In terms of location, we were surrounded by great pubs and bars, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The parking situation was not ideal as we were unable to park in the designated area and had to leave our car on the street. the air conditioning unit had a bright light that lit up the room, which was quite annoying during the night.

The hotel's parking area is quite small, which made finding a spot for our car a bit difficult.
